MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY

The Philbrook modern and contemporary collections bring together artwork of the 20th and 21st centuries, executed in a variety of styles. Since the 1990s, the Museum has increased its efforts to build its collection of work by prominent living artists, with a recent emphasis on a wide range of approaches and media, including video.
